All forums can be found publicly
All Forums created within the same account can be viewed by all (Sales Reps can see Brand rep forums by clicking on the "Community" button)
Forums cannot be deleted
Admins are notified when a new comment is made to a forum, but users are not notified when someone replies to their comment
