10:00 AM PST - 4/17/2018 - Update on "App crashes after update" bug

In order to address this issue, a new version of the app has been submitted for release:

  • Android v3.4.5
    • Status = APP PUBLISHED


2:45 PM PST - 4/16/2018 - App crashes after update

We have identified the following bug :

  • Bug: App crashes on focus if you upgraded SellPro from an older version (please note, for android depending on the environment you may still be able to login and use the app successfully)
  • Short-term solution: Users must uninstall the app and re-install it to fix the issue
  • Permanent solution: Our developers are investigating, we will provide a status update when a solution is found

We have posted an announcement in our Support Portal to inform our users. We have also added this announcement in our auto-responses when users submit support tickets.
