A new version has been published to address this issue:

  • Version 3.4.5
    • Status - APP RELEASED


4:20 PM PST - 4/18/2018 - App crashes after update

We have identified the following bug :

  • Bug: App crashes on focus if you upgraded SellPro from an older version (In some cases, the app may open normally but still crashes after a moment) 
  • Short-term solution: Users must uninstall the app and re-install it to fix the issue
  • Permanent solution: Our developers are investigating, we will provide a status update when a solution is found

We have posted an announcement in our Support Portal to inform our users. We have also added this announcement in our auto-responses when users submit support tickets.
