Event URL edit functionality

Background:

Prior to OMS 2.3.4 (released on 9/18/2018), Hosts and Approvers did not have the ability to edit the event URL after an event was in Approved status and in Published status. 

New Functionality:

You can edit the event URL at any time after the event is created and before the event date/time.

To do this:

1. Click on the "Events" button on the OMS main menu
2. Find the desired event in the event list
3. Click the Edit button to the right of the event, this will reveal a sub-menu
4. Click the "Edit Url" option, this will reveal a pop-up that allows you to edit the existing URL
5. Update the URL and click on the "Submit" button
