3:00 PM PST - 4/23/2018 - Some completed courses remain in incomplete status

We have identified the following bug :

  • Bug: Some courses remain in incomplete status, even after users have successfully completed them. This causes any associated award to remain in locked status.
  • Solution: A new version will be published to address the issue. 
    • Version 3.4.5
      • Status - SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL

We have posted an announcement in our Support Portal to inform our users. We have also added this announcement in our auto-responses when users submit support tickets.
